Is Coaching like counseling or therapy?

No. Coaching is about walking alongside you to help move you towards your goals and aspirations. Helping you understand your strengths and explore new perspectives.

Are Coaching sessions confidential?

Absolutely. Anything we discuss is kept strictly confidential unless there is concern for harm to yourself or others. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I am bound by the ICF Code of Ethics.

How do I know if Coaching is right for me?

If any of the following statements ring true, then Coaching could be for you.


  • Are you wanting to make a positive change in an area of your personal or work life?

  • Are you willing to do the work to make to make the change a reality?

What can I expect from Coaching?

Coaching builds on strengths, creating more awareness and growing your confidence in leading. Coaching is solutions focused and not about advising or giving you answers, but growing your awareness. You can choose what you want to do with that awareness. My role is to help you create a plan for how you might like to move forward and create accountability in your plans.
